About Usko

Usko is a crypto exchange. Spot trading across 369 markets, 10 perpetual futures markets, and a peer-to-peer marketplace where people buy and sell directly from each other and settle with the payment method they already use.

What we are trying to do differently

Most exchanges are global in the sense that the website loads everywhere. The trading pairs, the payment rails and the paperwork are still built around one or two markets, and everyone else adapts. We would rather go the other way: quote in the currency people actually earn in, settle through the rails they already use, and produce the records their tax authority asks for.

India is where we have taken that furthest so far — 202 rupee-quoted pairs, the full set of UPI and bank rails on P2P, and a Tax Centre that keeps the 1% TDS ledger, the Form 26Q report and FIFO realised profit and loss for each April–March year. Alongside it sits the rest of the exchange: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and EUR markets, perpetual futures, and international P2P rails including Wise, PayPal, Revolut, SEPA, Skrill and Remitly.

How we talk about ourselves

We would rather under-promise. This site does not claim security measures we have not built, does not advertise features that are not switched on, and does not quote user numbers, ratings or testimonials we cannot evidence. Our what we offer page ends with a list of what is still being built, and the home page carries the same list. If you find something on Usko that does not match what we have written, please tell support — we will fix the page.

Where we are today

Usko is early. Crypto deposits and withdrawals to outside wallets are not switched on yet, automatic fiat deposits and withdrawals are not live, and there is no iPhone app. Those are the things we are working on, in that order.
